粤菜(Cantonese cuisine)即广东菜，发源于岭南。它由广州菜、潮州菜、东江菜三种地方风味组成。粤菜的特点是丰富精细的选材和清淡的口味，集百家之长，用料广博，选料珍奇。此外，善于在模仿中创新，依食客喜好而烹制。虽然是起步较晚的菜系，但它影响深远。世界各国的中式菜馆，多数是以粤菜为主。在世界各地，粤菜与法国大餐齐名，因此，有不少人认为粤菜是海外中国的代表菜系。
